About Me

I am a consultant to the Third Sector. I use the skills I have developed during 15 years as a lawyer to advise upon a wide range of commercial, contractual and legislative issues, as well as upon governance and strategy in this diverse and fascinating sector. Having spent 15 years as a solicitor in private practice, specialising in large scale commercial contracts and related dispute resolution, I was fortunate enough to become an advisor to a mid-sized International NGO, where my involvement for 10 years as Director and Company Secretary has enabled me to draw upon my legal experience and expand my advisory capacity. I seek to achieve outcomes which enable charities to focus on those whom they serve.
